If you need to
cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. If the
cancellation is more than seven days before the start of the
reservation period, we will be glad to refund your deposit, less
$ 25. We regret that cancellations received fewer than seven
days before the reservation period must forfeit their entire
deposit.
Email and voice
mail cancellations are not acceptable, as we can not ensure that
they have been received. If we are able to rebook your room,
your deposit less the $25 fee will be returned to you.
